The U.S. Army has signed a contract with Blink 182 frontman Tom DeLonge on UFOs and weapons research.

DeLonge founded To the Stars Academy Arts and Sciences in 2015 in pursuit UFOs and extraterrestrials. The contract with the government says TTSA is looking into inertial mass reduction, quantum physics, active camouflage, and beamed energy propulsion.

The contract states that To the Stars and the U.S. Army will use government labs to study ‘metamaterials’ acquired earlier this year.

“Government shall: Perform assessments, testing, and characterization Collaborator-provided technologies. The government is interested in a variety the Collaborator’s technologies, such as — but not limited to: inertial mass reduction, mechanical/structural metamaterials, electromagnetic metamaterial waveguides, quantum physics, quantum communications, and beamed energy propulsion.

The Collaborator will share their discoveries with the Army] who will use Government laboratories and resources to characterize the technologies and find applications on round vehicles.”

DeLonge when TTSA bought ‘exotic meta-metals not from earth.’ TTSA insisted the materials were from an unidentified flying object. A filing with the SEC revealed that purchase set TTSA back $35,000. The filing also reveals some information about the supposed meta-material.

This new contract with the U.S. Army is good for five years. TTSA isn’t getting paid anything in the arrangement, either. Rather, it’s agreeing to collaborate with the tech company and has committed to spending ‘up to $750,000.’

Kari DeLonge — Tom’s sister and the Chief Content Officer at TTSA — said the arrangement would help speed up research. DeLonge compares the deal to the Space Race that occurred in the ’60s and the breakneck pace technological progress.

“Material science innovations made through R&D contracts similar to the CRADA during the space race alone resulted in thousands breakthrough commercial products and created entirely new industries.”
